Did somebody say VEGAN Mac & Cheeze? 

That’s right, after many attempts in our kitchen, we’ve finally cracked the recipe! An incredibly creamy, ‘cheezy’ version of the much-loved classic Mac & Cheese – and it’s both gluten free and vegan friendly. 

We use soft and tender, gluten free elbow macaroni, smothered and slowly cooked in our rich and velvety smooth cheezy sauce, made with a smoky, dairy-free cheeze. It’s everything you want from comfort food – creamy, indulgent and satisfying. 

You might be surprised by how light it feels for such a cosy dish – our Mac & Cheeze is just 323 calories! It’s also much lower in fat than typical versions and low in salt too. 

Like all our sauces, there’s no gluten lurking in there. In fact, our Mac & Cheeze is free from all 14 allergens – so everyone can dig in and enjoy.

Gluten free & made with tummy-friendly ingredients 

Our Mac & Cheeze is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and soya free. We simply avoid putting ingredients which cause bloating and allergic reactions in our recipes.
So our Mac & Cheeze is delicious but doesn’t irritate your tummy so everyone can enjoy our meals, even people with food allergies. 

Ingredients: 

Water, Gluten Free Macaroni Pasta (35%) (Water, Cornflour, Chickpea Flour, Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Vegan Cheese Alternative (Water, Coconut Oil, Modified Potato Starch, Gluten Free Oat Fibre, Maize Starch, Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Tricalcium Citrate, Thickeners (Carrageenan, Guar Gum), Natural Flavourings, Acidity Regulators (Lactic Acid, Sodium Lactate), Colour (Carotenes)), Cornflour, Rapeseed Oil, Potato Flake, Sunflower Lecithin, Vegetable Stock (Sea Salt, Maltodextrin, Rice flour, Vegetables (Onion, Carrot, Parsnip), Yeast Extract, Sunflower Oil, Parsley, Turmeric), Salt, Sage, Onion Powder, Ground Black Pepper.

Cooking Instructions: 

The following are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results microwave from frozen. Do not reheat. 

Microwave: 800 Watt: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes 30 seconds. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute. Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape and meal will be hot. Stir and serve.  

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C, 180°C Fan Oven, Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 20 minutes. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 20 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape and meal will be hot. Stir and serve.  

Storage Instructions: 

Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date is indicated on front of pack. Once cooked, consume immediately. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
