Gluten free & made with tummy-friendly ingredients 

Our Vegetable Lasagne is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and soya free. We simply avoid putting ingredients which cause bloating and allergic reactions in our recipes.
So our Lasagne is delicious but doesn’t irritate your tummy so everyone can enjoy our meals, even people with food allergies. 

No red traffic lights 

We don’t have any red traffic lights on our Vegetable Lasagne. I look for healthy & flavourful alternatives to sugar & salt to keep food tasting great without compromising on taste. 

What to serve it with 

Although all of our meals are complete meals for one in themselves. I like to serve with a fresh salad and some gluten free garlic bread.

Cooking Instructions: 

The following are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results oven bake from frozen. Do not reheat.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C, 180°C Fan Oven, Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 45 minutes. Take care as meal will be hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.

800W Microwave: Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 11 minutes. Take care as meal will be hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.

Storage Instructions:

Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date is indicated on front of pack. Once cooked, consume immediately. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
