Chilli is one of those comforting, hearty meals that can be hard to find when you have food allergies. Creating a dairy-free, gluten-free & soya-free version was a bit of a challenge, but this Beef Chilli has all the rich flavour and satisfying warmth you’d expect – without any of the ingredients that cause trouble.

Our Beef Chilli is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and soya free. We leave out the things that often cause bloating and allergic reactions, and focus on wholesome ingredients. So our Chilli is rich, warming and full of flavour but gentle on your tummy, so everyone can dig in, even those with food allergies.  

No red traffic lights 

We don’t have any red traffic lights on our Beef Chilli & Rice. I look for healthy & flavourful alternatives to sugar & salt to keep food tasting great without compromising on taste. 

What to serve it with 

Although all of our meals are complete meals for one in themselves. I like to serve with guacamole and topped with dairy-free cheese to balance the heat. You can even fold it all into a corn tortilla and make a delicious burrito without the worry.

Ingredients: 

Cooked Long Grain Rice (50%) (Water, Long Grain Rice, Coriander), Minced Beef (15%), Water, Tomatoes (7%) (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice), Black Turtle Beans (3%), Pinto Beans (3%) (Pinto Beans, Water), Red Peppers (3%), Green Peppers (3%), Tomato Purée, Cornflour, Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Ground Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Chilli Powder, Dried Oregano, Cocoa Powder, Ground Coriander, Ground Black Pepper.

Although every effort has been made to remove all bones, some may remain. 

Cooking Instructions: 

This is a guide only. Cooking appliances vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results microwave from chilled. Do not reheat. 

800W Microwave: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid on both compartments in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Peel back film lid, stir the sauce and gently fluff the rice. Re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, take care as hot steam may escape. Stir well, serve and enjoy. 

Storage Instructions: 

Keep refrigerated. Use by date is indicated on front of pack. Once cooked, consume immediately.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Do not re-freeze.
