Competition Terms and Conditions – Win £100 Kirsty’s Meals Bundle

1. The Promoter
   The promoter is Kirsty’s (Worthenshaws Ltd)
2. Eligibility
   
   • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   • Employees of Kirsty’s (Worthenshaws Ltd) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
   
   • Scan the QR code provided in the promotional material to access the competition entry form.
   • Complete and submit the form as instructed.
   • Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Opening and Closing Dates
   
   • The competition opens on Saturday 21^st June.
   • Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Sunday 22nd June 2025.
5. Prize
   
   • One winner will receive a bundle of Kirsty’s meals/vouchers to the value of £100.
   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
   • Kirsty’s reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   
   • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
   • The draw will take place on Monday 23rd June 2025.
   • The winner will be notified via the contact details provided upon entry within 7 days.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn.
7. Data Protection
   
   • Personal data submitted will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will be processed in accordance with Kirsty’s privacy policy.
8. General
   
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • Kirsty’s reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
   • These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
