The rich, creamy Malay coconut sauced is lightly spiced and enhanced with the fragrant aroma of coriander and lemongrass. Whilst crunchy red peppers and soy beans add bite.
This beautiful dish is finished off with fluffy red pepper and brown basmati rice.
It also is a source of fibre, is gluten & dairy free and is suitable for vegetarians.
