All our meals are under 400 calories and are mostly all green traffic lights, making them a healthy alternative when you don’t have time to cook from scratch.
Our meals are always gluten, wheat & dairy free, we simply avoid putting them in our recipes, making meals which are delicious but don’t irritate your tummy that way everyone can enjoy our meals, even people with these allergies.
