Lentil & Butternut Squash Pie

A satisfyingly hearty portion of red and speckled lentils mixed with small chunks of butternut squash and peas. Peppers have been added for colour and added flavour. Then we’ve combined all this moreish goodness in vegetable gravy and topped it off with a vibrant orange sweet potato mash.
