Our delicious Chicken Katsu Curry recipe has been carefully developed by Kirsty to have the authentic flavours you’d expect from a slightly sweet and sour Japanese Katsu curry sauce with tender pieces of breaded chicken breast. As you would expect from Kirsty’s, we’ve given our Katsu dish a healthy twist with the addition of Edamame soya beans and extra vegetables. At less than 500 calories per serving, it’s high in protein and low in sugar as well as being an excellent source of fibre – and like all Kirsty’s meals it’s gluten-free, dairy-free and wheat-free.
